I have been a client of your firm for many years. Over those years you have replaced our air conditioner unit and air handler. Your firm has also done repair and general maintenance for us. You have always been there for us and in EVERY case we have been very pleased with the work performed by your employees.

On Thursday 19 January Lee Miller was at our house and performed a general maintenance check, changed filters, ect. After he complete that work he signed us up for another annual contract. He also spoke to us about the benefits of vent cleaning (Which we had been wanting to do but had not gotten around to.). Lee contacted your Service Manager or GM and offered us a most enticing offer.. We agreed and today your crew consisting of Kevin and David arrived and after a brief consultation they went to work. Aside from the cleaning of the vents they also installed a UV filter and an updated thermostat. I was really amazed at the equipment that they brought to do the job. I had no idea how involved the process was. It confirmed what Lee told us about the cheap guys who advertise a love price for a low or no real benefit.

I must say that I was most impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism that they displayed. They were meticulous in what they did and when they completed the job they cleaned ALL the floors. They left our home in better condition than it was when they arrived!

Kevin really took the time to educate us on the correct use of the thermostat and the UV filter. I can't begin to tell you what a great job that Lee, Kevin, and David did. You should be very proud to have employees of this quality. I can assure you that you have a customer for life. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience and our best wishes for success in the future for your fine firm.

I called and your technician, Lee Miller, came to fix the problem. Lee had been here in September of this year for regular maintenance and remembered me! Our AC wasn't blowing cool air, we had Bobby D. came out from Cool Quest and fix the problem. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Last week when my air quit working, I called for a service tech to come out and check it. Donald arrived within the time frame that was quoted. He checked everything out and found what the problem was. He went far beyond the call of duty, and tried everything he could to see if he could get it to work. We appreciated the quick response for the service call to our home. Our air conditioner had stopped working and it was very hot and humid. The office staff were professional when we called to report the problem and they gave us a specified time for the service call. Bobby arrived at our home in the designated scheduled time and was informative on what the problem was with the air conditioner. Bobby diagnosed that a new air conditioner was needed and called his office to have it scheduled for the same day. Bobby went beyond the normal request and asked for a portable unit to be delivered so it could be used if needed while the new unit was being installed due to the heat and health issues of our family member needs. Nick and John were timely with installing our new air conditioner and stayed late into the evening to make sure it was 100% complete. Nick and John were polite, professional and knowledgeable in completing the installation. Nick and John explained all the necessary instructions of the new air conditioner unit to us after the installation was complete. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Your men, Nick and John, installed new 14" ducts at my residence in Club Chalet on July 7, 2011. I think they worked well together, and did a good job.

93 degrees and my AC stops working. After calling the CoolQuest office (after hours) Bobby showed up within 60 minutes from the time of my call. He is professional that approaches his customers in a very personable manner. He establishes an excellent repoire. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC. It was shot!!! He went above and beyond by finding a portable 1 ton so we would not die during the night and delivering it at 10 PM. The installation crew for a new system were knocking on the door at 8:15 the next morning. My air conditioner would not cool sufficiently on Thursday afternoon and I was expecting houseguests that evening. I was panicked, but relieved, when the CoolQuest office said that she would have a technician out to my home quickly. Donald Smith arrived ahead of schedule and within a half hour had inspected and diagnosed the problem. He was informative and helpful. I asked for a seniors discount and saved $85.00! In this day and age with so many companies promising quick and dependable service and not delivering, it is truly nice to have one that keeps their word. I just had servicing by Donald. He was extremely knowledgable about the system and knew what was wrong within 2 minutes. He showed me exactly what the problem was, gave me the price for repair right up front. He was quick, but efficient and even went the extra mile and educated me on how to assist myself in the maintenance. Showing me how to use bleach in the drain and even measured for a filter in the unit itself rather than putting the filter back in a spot that is very hard for me to get to. This is the second time I have used Cool Quest and believe me when I say it probably won't be my last and I will know who to recommend to my friends and staff. Let me begin with WOW! As a senior citizen (60+) I am a novice at home ownership and maintenance. When my 20+ year old system came to an unexpected (really!) screeching halt I had no idea what to do or who to call. I literally spent days going through the yellow pages, reading all the big ads waiting for "inspiration". After 10 days without a/c I just picked one - Cool Quest. I had actually seen one of their trucks on the road. I called on a Saturday morning and Bobby D arrived Sunday A.M. He was friendly, personable, relaxed, thorough. He went from one end of the system to the other and was completely honest and forthcoming. So we scheduled installation. A week later (my choice) Rick and Eric arrived. They wasted no time to get started. I thought, "okay, this is the initial team - 2 guys to tear out the old system", but after 5 straight hours of work (90+ degrees) I realized they were tear-out and install. Being my first central a/c replacement I had no idea what was involved, and it turned out to be alot more than I thought. But, these two guys, Rick & Eric, worked consistently, without a lot fewer "smoke" breaks than I would have expected. I am retired career military and an old fashioned guy, but these two young guys really impressed me with their work pace and prefessional attitude. Working in my hot attic and a barely sufficient hall closet, in the heat, they persevered and were still very friendly. This removal/installation took about 14 hours from start to finish. I was exhausted (honest, I did nothing but watch) and Rick and Erick were just as relaxed, energetic, and friendly as when they arrived. I actually started formulating this testimonial six hours before they finished and honestly felt they deserve personal recognition. Like I said, I have old fashioned work ethic and career military background and these two young (to me) guys really impressed me and given my current situation all three Cool Quest employees made me feel relaxed and comfortable with their presence and work. I could elaborate more, but just let me say that I was impressed, relaxed and I am completely satisfied. Thank you Bobby D, Rick and Eric.

A most noteworthy thanks goes to this dedicated and enthusiastic professional for his work in the repair of my air conditioning unit at the address noted above. His multiple task included cleaning the evaporator coil, pulling and cleaning the motor and wheel (which included the motor housing and scraping and painting the wheel), duct cleaning (which included suction, pressure blowing and physically wiping the interior vents and cleaning all vent panels as well as spraying disinfectant, vacuuming the drain tube multiple times, sealing the air conditioning housing unit (which is above and beyond his required duty).

During this approximately 6 hour project, he was the most courteous and friendly person I have ever encountered.

I recommend a promotion or incentive to maintain this professional on your staff as he is an asset that few can find.

I'd like to express my experience with one of your service technicians "Bobby". He was by-far one of the nicest service technicians I had the pleasure to meet. The drain on my AC system was a tough one and Bobby took the time to do everything in his power to fix the issue. My husband and I really appreciate the fast, honest service we recieved from all of the Cool Quest sevice men that came to our home. Bobby D was the first, he was sent out to us on a rutine yearly check up on our two year old unit. Thanks to his honest evaluation a faulty compressor and fan motor was found. That explained our high electric bill and the very loud noise that came from our unit . We only heard this noise late at night as we work 7 days a week and long hours. What a nice way to start the day. Eric Rapkin came to service our air conditioner, what a fine person he is, friendly, courteous & a very thorough worker. We enjoyed his time here, even though we needed a new panel box! :)

Great experience - I got the best price from them - came right out and completed the job When my A/C kicked out, I called this comany and they sent at technician right out. He told me my unit was cooked and recommended a high efficency heat pump that qualified for a $1500 tax credit from the stimulas package. They completed the job the next day getting the proper permits and backed it up with a 1 year service agreement for free and a 10 year warrantee. It ended up costing less for a 15 SEER heat pump than it would cost for a 13 SEER strait cool. Very impressed....
